Hogans Cider is made using 100% pressed English fruit. Apples are sourced from Herefordshire, Gloucestershire and Worcestershire and once pressed are fermented with no sugar or apple concentrate. The cider is left to mature for several months before being bottled or sold as draught.

Hogan’s draught cider presents as bright, lightly carbonated and golden in colour. It has a pleasant distinctive apple fruit aroma with some peaty notes. Sharpness is balanced on the palate with a lot of fruit; this cider has an abundance of classic cider apple tannins and rewards with a surprising complexity for a draught cider.
