Our UBU - Tess, or 'Useless Bloody Urchin' as she was affectionately known - is sadly no longer with us. She passed away peacefully under the golden rays of a sunny day in 2011.

The namesake of our best selling beer, she lives on through Pure UBU.

God love her, the dog is mad. But an inspiration to all who enjoy doing what they do and who want to be loved for being what they are.
