We’re a little star-struck. Yesterday the brewery received some very special guests: none other than the legendary John Craven and his BBC Countryfile team. They came to find out how we brew our award-winning golden ale, Pure Gold.
The team filmed some footage that will form part of a longer feature on John’s mission to find Gold, Frankincense and Myrrh ready for Christmas. But we don’t want to give too much away, you’ll have to tune in to Countryfile on Sunday 18th December at 19:00 to see how he got on.
Set those boxes to record and keep an eye out for Jim, Flo, Farmer Granville and his English Longhorns. As they say in showbiz, that’s a wrap.
