Purity is a rapidly growing, multi-award winning rural brewery and we need an experienced brewer to help support a major investment in brewing capacity for 2010.
The role involves helping our Head Brewer maintain our track record of quality and consistency as we continue to increase production. This entails brewing within Purity’s technical specifications, racking, raw material and yeast management, laboratory work, brewery maintenance and cask cleaning.
Now here’s the important bit. While brewing qualifications are an advantage, you MUST also:
- Have a passion for cask beer
- Possess excellent standards and attention to detail
- Be self motivated, customer focused and have practical abilities
- Demonstrate a capability to work off your own initiative, but also be a team player
- Be time Flexible and able to work early/late shifts and some weekends
- Show confidence, reliability and responsibility
- Have a mature attitude
