Pure Pilsner follows an authentic Pilsner recipe with that Purity twist.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eBrewed with the very best locally sourced British hops, Pilgrim, Challenger, Goldings and Jester, alongside East Anglian malts, ensures our carbon footprint is kept to an absolute minimum whilst not compromising on taste or aroma.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eOur gluten-free beers are reduced to a threshold of less than 20 ppm (parts per million), which in the UK is regarded as gluten-free (not in Europe). Although brewed with glutenous cereal, to achieve gluten-free status, we add an enzyme (Brewers Clarex) during the conditioning of the beer. This enzyme does not affect the taste but just denatures the Gluten.
